Box Office evening and holiday hours vary according to event schedules. The Box Office opens three hours prior to showtime.

Please be aware of the high volume of calls and emails we will be handling for the next several weeks. Calls may not be returned as quickly as normal, and could be returned after regular hours.

You may renew your Season Tickets for the upcoming 2026-27 season here. The deadline to renew is June 26, 2026. Seats not renewed by June 26 will be released for public purchase, so don’t wait!

The only way to guarantee priority access to the best seats at the best price and enjoy the many exclusive benefits is to become a subscriber! Be sure to always be in the know. Season Ticket upgrades and exchanges for Subscribers for the 26/27 season will be available in July. Keep an eye on your email for instructions and information on when your upgrade period opens.

If you’re happy with your current seats, no action is needed—your seats will remain the same for the upcoming season.

There is no charge for changes made in Account Manager unless you are choosing seats at a higher value. Changes made over the phone will incur a $3 service charge per order.

Subscribers are generally renewed into their same seats and day of the week for the new season, with a few exceptions based on show dates and availability.

If your dates or seats have been altered for any reason, you will receive a personal communication from us via email and/or phone during your renewal period to ensure the changes meet your satisfaction.

Yes! We are excited to announce that we have payment plan options this season! Select the payment plan option at checkout and enjoy a convenient way to secure your year of entertainment! Opting for the payment plan allows you to spread the cost into 4 equal automatic payments. The first payment will be charged when you subscribe with subsequent payments charged on the first of September, October and November. Note: your seats won’t be confirmed until all 4 payments are completed ahead of the first show.

You may unsubscribe at any time but know that doing so means you may miss important ticketing and transactional communications.

We highly recommend that all subscribers do the following: Regularly check to ensure you are receiving emails from us; mark the addresses above as safe senders; and reach out to the Plaza Theatre Box Office if your email address has changed. The email address you use for Broadway In El Paso and Ticketmaster communications should be one you check often.

Please log in to your Account Manager dashboard. Note that you will need to first log in with the email address we have on file, before making further changes to your account. If you are unsure which email address is on file, please contact us at boxoffice@destinationelpaso.com

Once logged in, select your name from the top righthand corner, and choose “My Profile.” Then, simply make any contact info changes necessary. Be sure to scroll down and hit save when you’re done.

Downloading your mobile tickets to your smartphone’s wallet app allows a quick, convenient place to access your Broadway In El Paso tickets. To access your mobile tickets, login to your Account Manager dashboard from your smartphone’s mobile internet browser. This may be Google Chrome, Safari or another browser you may have previously installed. Then, follow the steps below.

1. Select ‘Manage My Events’ from the Quick Links Menu.

2. Tap the Event to view those individual tickets.

3. Tap the seat under the “My Tickets” listing to view the ticket.

4. Tap the ‘Add to Wallet’ or ‘Save to Phone’ button.

5. Then, tap ‘Add’ to save the ticket to your smartphone’s mobile wallet.

6. After you’ve saved a ticket, swipe left on your screen to navigate to the next ticket.

7. Repeat the process until you have saved all of your mobile tickets.

To access your mobile tickets at the event, simply open your phone’s mobile wallet and tap the ticket.

Everyone needs a ticket, regardless of age. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed at most Broadway in El Paso performances. Some exceptions apply, including special productions for young children such as Bluey’s Big Play and Paw Patrol. Children must be able to sit quietly in their own seats without disturbing other guests. As a further courtesy to our guests, Broadway in El Paso recommends one parent or chaperone for every one child in attendance.

Ticket on sales vary per show. Click Here to access the shows on sale. The only way to guarantee tickets to all shows is to Subscribe to the 5-Show Package and purchasing GROUPS of 10 or more!

Yes, the Plaza Theatre is Clear and Cashless! Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are allowed. Non-clear bags permitted are small bags  no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5.” Clear branded bags with logo no larger than 3.4″ x 4.5″ are also permitted. The Plaza Theatre only accepts credit/debit cards and mobile payments. Cash will not be accepted.
